Q: Your friend wants to go to the concert of a band she likes, but the concert tickets will be distributed by a lottery. She asks you if you think she will win, and you think it all depends on luck. What would you say?
A: Don’t think about it too much. In the end it’s all a matter of luck.
Q: Your colleague made a serious mistake at work and is depressed. You want to cheer him up by saying everyone makes mistakes. What would you say?
A: Don’t be so depressed. After all, we are all human and make mistakes.
