Bonnie Lowe:... And this is one of our larger townhouses. It's spacious. These windows are really tall.
Bonnie Lowe: ……こちらは当社の物件の中でも比較的ゆとりのあるタウンハウスです。広いでしょう。窓もとても大きいんですよ。
Dan McLean: I bet it costs an arm and a leg to heat!
Dan McLean: 暖房には目玉が飛び出るほど金がかかるね！
Bonnie: It has a southern exposure.
Bonnie: でも南向きですよ。
Dan: Yeah, but the view is terrible. How many rooms are there altogether?
Dan: そうだね。でも、眺めは最悪だね。部屋数は全部でいくつ？
Bonnie: Ten plus two bathrooms. And there are three bedrooms upstairs on the second floor.
Bonnie: 10部屋とバスルームがふたつです。2階にベッドルームが３つあります。
Dan: Uh huh.
Dan: なるほど。
Bonnie: The kitchen's in the back, near the garden. It's a lovely kitchen with modern appliances, ample room, morning light. This fridge is brand-new.
Bonnie: キッチンは奥になります。庭のすぐ近くです。キッチンもすてきですよ。モダンな設備もありますし、広くて朝日もよく入ります。この冷蔵庫は新品です。
Dan: It's pretty narrow inside.
Dan: 中はずいぶん狭いね。
Bonnie: Big dishwasher. Well, maybe this isn't the house for you.
Bonnie: 食器洗い機は大型ですよ。でも、たぶんお客様向けの物件ではないですね。
Dan: It's perfect! I'll take it!
Dan: いや、完璧だ！ いただくよ！
